Individual Coaching

I work with clients one-on-one to slow down and connect with themselves so that they can show up as the person and leader they want to be. We use programs like Gratitude Rocks! to notice default behaviors and work to create new alternatives. Through a combination of candid conversations, personal assessments and select exercises, we create commitments to experiment and shift behaviors.
I am an accountability partner that ensures that you identify what is most important to you, why it is important to you and how you can take actions towards your desired outcomes and results. If you have a professional or personal challenge, if you have taken on a new role/shifted careers or if you are in another type of life transition, coaching with me will enable you to focus on possibility and optionality and create a path forward.
Small Group Coaching

In our complex times, professionals are feeling more and more disconnected and isolated. With my small group coaching, you connect with a curated group of 5-8 professionals that have similar roles and experience. I coach these intimate groups with the goal of sharing best practices, driving deeper connections and building a community that supports each other through the challenges and opportunities facing many C-level and senior leaders today.
Although, we often use the Gratitude Rocks! program to kick off our meetings and more deeply connect, the agenda is co-created by the members of the group so that we are focused on what is essential and most important to this unique group. Teamwork

Team cohesion and connectedness are critical to driving organizational results. Paying special attention to the current needs of the team and established outcome goals, I create workshops and exercises that reinforce the key attributes of high performing teams.
Areas of focus often include behavioral assessments and analysis, trust building, effective communication, role clarity, prioritization/delegation and alignment on mission/values and team norms. These team collaborations are often held in person to deepen connection and encourage vulnerability and trust. Programs can be developed for virtual sessions as well.
Workshops are developed based on the specific team members involved and the agreed upon outcome goals. Many of these workshops start with the Gratitude Rocks! program to drive connection and build trust. They can range from 1-2 hour sessions to half or full day offsites.

Each individual is unique. Each leader has a unique style and skillset. Each team has unique dynamics. All of my collaborations start with a conversation. We talk openly about the current context and challenges and barriers at play. Then we discuss the outcome goals. Lastly, we think about what is possible. What if we could envision a different environment with different results? How can we create an action plan and path forward that moves us to that envisioned future.
Many times these conversations result in unique and customized programs. Maybe it is a quarterly meeting that emphasizes the importance of gratitude to drive connection and create a practice around being grateful and sharing that with your teammates(the Gratitude Rocks! program). Maybe it is individual coaching with a specific goal around your leadership or your well being. For me, one size does not fit all. We collaborate and create workshops and programs that fit you and your team’s unique needs. That is how we drive results with transformational impact together.
Gratitude Rocks! Program
The Gratitude Rocks! program is currently available for leaders or teams. Please contact me to join or host a group.
I coach small groups of 5-15 people both in person and virtually. I create a safe place and share tools around breathwork and mindfulness. Together we experience the power of gratitude.
In individual coaching sessions we often start with the Gratitude Rocks! program to help us drop into the collaboration, be present and kick off from a place of spaciousness, versus racing straight into the work from a place of constriction and high stress. In team meetings, the Gratitude Rocks! program serves as the modern take on an icebreaker. The Gratitude Rocks! program is used at leadership/team offsites and quarterly meetings to drive connection and reinforce the importance of the practice of gratitude. These leaders can then bring this back to their teams as well.
From this simple practice individuals share courageously and we are often launched into amazing and memorable conversations. Ultimately, the group feels more connected and in community with their teammates/colleagues/friends.
